Alison Baker is a seasoned commercial and real estate litigator known for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions to complex business and real estate conflicts. With a pragmatic approach and a keen understanding of each client's unique needs, Alison excels at navigating the broader context of disputes to advance her clients' interests and achieve favorable outcomes.
Alison handles a diverse array of business conflicts, including partnership and joint venture disputes, construction defects and disputes, business torts, unfair trade practices, and breaches of contract and fiduciary duties. She also maintains a sophisticated real estate litigation practice, representing clients across industries such as finance, healthcare, education, insurance and technology across a variety of matters relating to real estate.
Prior to joining Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC in 2025, Alison practiced as a partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP. Alison is experienced in both state and federal courts, as well as in mediation, domestic and international arbitration, and administrative hearings. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
Alison has dedicated hundreds of hours advocating for vulnerable populations, including refugees, veterans, Holocaust survivors, children, and the elderly. Alison also serves on the Executive Board for the Craig S. Barnard Inn of Court, where she fosters the professional development of attorneys cross legal practices. Outside of work, Alison is an avid trail runner who enjoys participating in ultra-marathons with the support of her family.
