Bernie Toledano

Associate

Bernie is an Associate at Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC.  Before joining the firm in 2025, Bernie practiced at a leading international law firm.  Her practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, technology and intellectual property matters, and state and federal constitutional issues.  She represents clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, technology, and consumer goods. 

Bernie is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She received her J.D. summa cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review, an International Business Fellow, and a member of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team.  While in law school, Bernie also externed for the Honorable Lewis J. Liman in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton in the District Court for the District of New Jersey.
