Elliot D. Buckman

Counsel & Managing Attorney

Elliot is Counsel at Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC and serves as the Firm’s Managing Attorney. Before joining the firm in 2024, he served as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of New York, District of Massachusetts, and District of New Jersey. In addition to his work with the judiciary, Elliot has served as Counsel at a national labor and employment firm and worked in the litigation department of a highly regarded regional firm. He brings a wealth of experience to the Firm and unique insight with respect to every stage of business litigation, including discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial, and appeal.

While in law school, Elliot published a Note for the Fordham Law Review, for which he served as Notes and Articles Editor. 

Elliot is a member of the Bar in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.
