Legal 500 Recognizes ZLRP as a “Firm to Watch” in Four Categories

The Legal 500 United States 2026 Guide has listed Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC as a “Firm to Watch” in four practice categories:

The Guide describes the firm as “a go-to boutique for clients facing high-stakes commercial and antitrust disputes” and cites the firm’s experience “in cases spanning breach of contract and duty, class actions, and malpractice cases.”

“Recognition on both the plaintiff and defense antitrust lists directly aligns with our approach,” said Co-Founding Partner John Roberti, who leads the firm’s antitrust practice. “Clients on either side of the ‘v.’ need counsel that already knows how the other side thinks.”

Co-Founding Partner Judd Linden added, “High-stakes commercial disputes are the heart of the firm. Contract cases, class actions, antitrust, and malpractice are not adjacent to the practice. They are the practice.”

“The Legal 500 listings reflect the docket we actually try: both sides of the caption, in court, in matters that move the needle,” said Co-Founding Partner Jeffrey H. Zaiger. “That is the work we set out to do, and we are glad to see it recognized.”

“Boutiques get hired to try cases, not to staff them,” said Co-Founding Partner Douglas J. Pepe. “We built ZLRP to try cases at the highest level without the conflicts and economics of a large firm. The firm’s early recognition in multiple categories tells us the model is working.”

The Legal 500 rankings are based on firm submissions, client and peer interviews, and the editors’ independent research.

Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC was formed in 2025 by Jeffrey H. Zaiger, Judd Linden, John Roberti, and Douglas J. Pepe. The firm handles high-stakes commercial and antitrust disputes for plaintiffs and defendants, with offices in New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C.
